UCA Youth Forum

UCA understand the role and impact of youth in the community development process. Historically, youth input in decision making, problem solving, action, and evaluation in communities has received limited attention. However, youth have ability to play an increasingly important role in the development of their communities.

UCA AIM:

• Provide youth opportunities to contribute.
• Increase involvement of youth.
• Partner with youth.
• Engage youth actively.
• Link youth to planning and policy efforts.
• Allow youth to identify their own interests.
• Involve youth in confronting more serious social problems.
